Cat, LoL.... I lit my fake cig, that cost $13 too, you are not alone there. (buddy did I feel STUPID) Old habits die hard, my pulminologist said to remove all triggers also. Lighters, Ashtrays, etc... and to journal the triggers and When you smoke and be very aware of them at first. If getting in the car makes you want to have a smoke, clean the ashtray, (stinky) After meals? etc...whatever is your trigger, work through it. Put NO SMOKING rules/signs in your house, people that care about you WILL abide by them! I've had no problems with my few visitors and son. My house, my rules :) I never did throw my lighter out, but I always have a candle burning. Just don't keep it near your straws!! hehe 23 days smoke-free!
