HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ME, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ME....TOMORROW, MARCH 13TH, 2003, IS MY 1 YEAR SURGERY ANNIVERSARY (I WON'T BE ABLE TO UPDATE TOMORROW, SO I THOUGHT I'D DO IT TODAY) I'M SO, SO HAPPY. I FINALLY BROKE MY PLATEAU THAT I'VE BEEN ON FOR WEEKS. I'VE BEEN DOING THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE AT THE SPA, FOR THE PAST WEEK AND A HALF (AND PLAN ON IT FOR THE NEXT YEAR), AND THIS MORNING WHEN I STEPPING ON THE SCALE I WAS 175 POUNDS! YEA! I'd been teetering between 178 and 180 for weeks, and then finally a loss! That makes it a 141 pound loss for my one year anniversary. I was hoping for 150 pound loss, buy hey, I'm quite satisfied. Wearing a size 12 in pants and a large or medium top is a blessing and a joy!! Good luck to all of you pre-ops, and post ops. Thanks for your support. All I can do today is sing Stevie Wonders song, "Overjoyed". Just think how excited I'll be when I lose the 30 more I want to lose...waahhooo!
