I wish you the very best of luck and want you to know you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am having my surgery on 4-3-02 and that is just 22 more days. I was very scared at first but have a peace about it since I prayed and placed it all in the hands of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Good Luck and God Bless, Rita Rivera

Desiree, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Desiree, As a person that is having WLS five days after you I asked myself what whould I want to hear this close to my surgery. I would want to hear that I am being prayed for and that my decision is the right one. I pray that your recovery will be fast and beyond your hopes. I ask that God watch over you and bring your through safely to the other side. Walk, cough and breathe deep as you being your new life. You are making the right choice to make a new life for yourself. God Bless you.
