5 days post-op, I feel like new! Stitches have been removed today, surgical wounds look pratically healed!Everyday I feel I am adjusting better to my new lifestyle and my 12 lbs are off of me FOR GOOD!
I cannot say I have no hunger or that I have no desire to eat some of the foods that good me in trouble, but I can certainly say this has been as managenable as ever and I have NO SHADOW OF DOUBT I will succeed!
This is a miracle in the making!
I am LOVING my new life!
P.s.: Yesterday I went for an 1hour 15 min walk! I will be repeating that today! Couldn't be any happier!
