Update long over due

I have not been here in a long time and a lot has gone on since then.

I am now 138 and maintaining my weight finally. 

I have had a lot of strictures in 2008 last one was May of 08 and I did well till July and had another one but I think this was all due to stress from other problems I am facing and dealing with.  I also had a ulcer with this stricture.

I went to see Dr. Williams July 21st  and was scheduled July 24 for EDG with dialation. 

I had 2 full tears to my rotator cuff in March and that was fixed after my cruise in April and major complication from that.  I just had a manual manipulation  on Aug 6th. 

I go to Phycial Threapy every day right now since manipulation for 2 weeks and then back to 3 days a week.  Been on this schedule since January with PT. 

It seems right now everything is working out and I am progressing finally.  I have a numbing issue but I have 3 weeks to see what happends with that and what doctor will do.  They will do EMG to check nerves if I do not get it feeling back. 

I am going to the OH seminar in Atlanta so hope to see all my friends there.  I posted new photos up check them out.
