I can't believe that I am at 223... It's not even been 4 months and I'm down almost 70 lbs.. what a ride.. I love my band

I can't believe each day I wake up and drop another pound each day.. I know it will slow down but its kinda cool. 

Still having a few pains in my in my pouch buy not as bad as before.  I'm feeling really good about my weight loss and the way my body is starting to look.  I know I'm going to have a lot of extra skin but I'm going to one day have surgery.  Of course that's if its that bad I need it.  So as of yesterday I was down 61 lbs. I'm excited...

Now I have food that isn't going down its driving me crazy.  I really need to find out what's going on.  Just keep me in your prayers.

Still having pouch pain and still no answers from anyone on what the heck is happening.  I have an appt with Doctor McMillian on Monday so lets just pray she finds out what's wrong...

Ohh boy,  I over ate the other day by like 2 oz and hurt my pouch. Ever since then it hurts to eat.  HELP ME SOMEONE!!!  I'm going to call my doctor on Monday and make an appt for next week.

WOW my BMI went from 46.8 to 38.2 in 2 months.. I love my bypass... Down 53 lbs as of today  237lb

Well I was 2 months post op on the 3rd. Down 50 lbs in 2 months.  25 lbs a month or 6.25 lbs a week.  not to bad right?  I am at a stall right now but I'm ok with it.  I am losing inches and not weight.  I went clothes shopping for my new job and fit into a size 22 woot!!!!!  I can't tell you the last time i fit in a 22..  I love my bypass...

Wonder Woman is such an amazing role model human and spiritual.

She was an Amazon woman with ideals of love, peace and sexual equality.  Her powers included superhuman strength (GOD GIVES US STRANGTH aka You can do all things through Christ who strangthens you), flight, super-speed, super-stamina. she wore Sandals of Hermes, or talaria, which granted the wearer great speed and flight (SHOES )and super-agility.  She is highly proficient in hand to hand combat and in the art of tactical warfare (SPIRITUAL WAREFARE ) She also possesses an animal-lke cunning and natural rapport with animals, which has in the past been presented as an actual ability to communicate with the animal kingdom ( I BELIEVE JESUS COULD TALK TO THE ANIMALS). She uses her lasso of TRUTH (BELT OF TRUTH), which forces those bound by it to tell the turth, a pair of indestructible bracelets(FAITH), a tiara which servces as a projectile, (HELMET OF SALVATION) and an invisible airplane (HOLY SPIRIT) that takes her anywhere she wants to go.

Eph 6 v 11 says the following
11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

 ¹²For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

 ¹³Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

 ¹⁴Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

 ¹⁵And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

 ¹⁶Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

 ¹⁷And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

 ¹⁸Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

I just want to live my life the way God intended me to be.  He has really placed on me this scripture and that we need to wake up in the morning being more like Wonder Woman being more like HIM.. Being more like who he created us to be.
