"Mostly, I was suprised that the nursing staff was as unaware and unaccomidating. They often did not come in when I called them, we had to chase them down to give me pain meds, and they acted like it was some sign of weakness or inconvience that I needed them. Everyone else was pretty on top of their game, especially the physical therapist who I appreciated very much. The nurses in the recovery room were great as well. "
"Dr. Madan really knows his stuff and is a very competant surgeon. His practice/staff are not always as smooth as his ability to wield a scalpel. Honestly, that matters a lot more to me. "
