DENISE~~ WOW! 91 pounds! That is an awesome accomplishment. I've been on a plateau for about 4 weeks and it was only last week that the scale finally moved. I don't know what the answer is (if you get one, let me know) but, I have heard that increasing your water will help. Good luck.
I visited Denise briefly tonight and I must say she looks fantastic for having surgery just two days ago. She has been having her 1 oz portions of liquids and will go home tomorrow after her cereal breakfast as long as everything is going as well as it it now. She is looking forward to getting back to her own home and her family.
Denise~It is good to hear that you are doing good. Best of luck to you and best wishes for a speedy quick recovery. I will be looking for updates. Hugs~
Dear Denise, I'm so happy that your surgery went well! Congrats and welcome to the other side. Lots of gentle hugs and take really good care of yourself. Remember to take lots of short walks and small sips of water. AND MOST OF ALL, let your fiancee BABY you! :) From one big baby to another. God Bless!!!
Denise’s fiancée called me at work to let me know that she has made her journey to the other side successfully and was resting in the recovery room. Dr. Newhoff did have to take out her gallbladder as it was full of crystals. At least she won’t have to worry about having that out later!
