almost down 100 lbs

it's been awhile since i've been on here. i've found that i was becoming way too dependent on the forums and not allowing myself the opportunity to learn what's best for me on my own.so i'm almost down 100 lbs. it feels good. but i'm not to the point of saying i'd go through it all again.
yet.
i have more energy and feel better about myself.... even have a few men hittin me up, which is ALL i need....lol....
anyways... just wanted to post real quick to let everyone know i'm still alive. will post more when life settles down.
