I sat down and figured out how much protein and calories I have been consuming.  I was surprised.  I have been getting 70-90 grams of protein but my calorie intake has not even made it to 600 calories a day.  I have been drinking my protein shake and protein water but have not been eating much in the way of food.  No wonder my butt is dragging!  (Besides the weight I have lost! LOL)

I am going to try and eat more.  My surgeon told me to eat only when I am hungry but I am never really hungry and can't eat more than a couple of tablespoons at a time.  I am going to eat more often again, even if I am not hungry.  I need energy!  I had a protein bar and kept it down today.  It did not hurt my pouch either.  It was a luna bar, it was very good. 

Oh well that it for now.
