Just got out of hospital

Well I just got out of the hospital today. I was admitted to hospital on Tuesday after passing out at work. I found out that I have 29% to 49% blockage in the artery in my neck and is having seizures which causes me to pass out, and when I stand up my blood pressure jumps to 150/106. I am so sick and tired of being sick all the time and it all comes back from weight. I feel a little better however I'm still tired and have been for weeks. Dr said that they do not know why I am so tired however they did not want to check my labs for calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12. The health problems I am having is making me realize that it can lead to me not having a life with my kids. Weight loss surgery will give me a chance.
