 I am 196.6 lbs  as of this morning. Life is good, I am feeling good and I am on my way to looking good.

I am so happy I am officially under 200 lbs today...199 to be exact. I have not seen this weight in over 5 years. I was so teary eyed when I stepped on the scale this morning;I just started  crying. I could not beleive it. Everything I have gone through thus far has been well worth it. I would do it all over again in a a heartbeat. I am so happy words cannot explain how I feel. I just wanted to share my Birthday blessings.

OMG, I cannot beleive I am 1 pound from being under 200 lbs. I never thought I would ever see this.I had been at a stall for 2 weeks fluctuating between 206  and 204. I thought I was going to loose my mind. So I increased the protein and the exercise and look at me now; those stubborn 4 lbs came off in a matter of 2 days. I was hoping to make it  to 200 lbs by my birthday on 2-15 and I did it. I really did it. I could just cry.

As of  today  I  am  down  47.5 lbs. Wow  that  is  a  lot. If  you think  about  it..my  weight  loss  equals  9, five lb  bags  of  sugar. I feel  great and I am  so  blessed  that I  have  not  had any issues medically  so  far.
