Looking Different

 Well it's been a little bit.. Time to make myself accountable. Been pretty well staying put at the same weight not loosing which is driving me nuts.. but its nobodys falt but my own.. I haven't been staying to the 100 carb a day limit.. I have however  been getting all my vitamins and minerals and protein I need.. Doctor had me add Fish oil twice a day now not sure why because all my blood work looked good or they would have called.

Haven't been able to go to the gym cause of my back. The back Doctor put me through the ringer thursday had me twisting and turning in ways your body isn't suppose to do while taking XRays I stoped counting at 7.Next he is sending me for a scan of some kind to see how messed up it is ( I'm disabled do to back injurys in two spots). Since the weight loss it helped the lower spot but agitated the upper spot.. 

Sure am hoping that it's something miner.. I am so wanting to get it took care of and get retrained so I can get off of disability and go back to work. After ten years of this these walls are closing in on me .

Anyway I haven't been doing my food journal at all.. I just found my the paper work the nut gave me and I like to have freaked out. I had totaly forgot what range I was suppose to keep everything in. 

Ok time to quit whinning about it and get back on track.changes
