My sleeve is my new BFF!!!. Even when my eyes are bigger than my stomach or I make a bad choice in the amount of food I buy, my BFF will not let me side step my WL goal. "She" makes sure I eat a resonable amount and lets me know when enough is enough! Isn't that what a BFF is suppose to do? Strangely, my BFF talks to my brain and encourages me to exercise on a daily basis, no weekends off. Oh, if I had met her years ago, life would have been much happier; no tears while standing in my closet trying to find something to wear...that would fit. I would have attended more social events and enjoyed life in the daylight, not waiting until dark before venturing out.It's me and you girl, from her on out I will honor you and appreciate you being a part of my life.
