I am going through such a hard time right now.  My daily schedule is as follows:
6am wake up... drink protein latte
get kids ready for school and drop off by 7:30
straight to the gym... work out be out the door by 8:20
Go home get other kids ready for school.
Send the kids on their way  and have breakfast with the youngest child
usually something light like nulaid eggbeaters.
10AM 30 minute work out -- Jillian Michaels
11am  Walk to the pre school to pick up the youngest two kids *2 miles
get home by 12:15 (i have to slow down a bit for the kids) lol
Get home serve lunch to kids I enjoy a protein shake
1pm Wii fit 30 minutes
the next couple hours consist of washing dishes cleaning up the house doing laundry.. 4 pm husband and oldest kids get home...  they all eat crap for dinner
I have a salad or some lean meat...
I keep my calories low..... i keep my protein up and carbs down...
I AM AT A STALL ... I AM NOT LOSING ANY WEIGHT
i've been stuck for 5 weeks now.
I'm tired of it. I need some restriction.... Dr. coirin's office is not willing to change my appointment. *well actually they are booked through march)
I am so frustrated!!!!! Nothing is working.
