4 MONTHS OUT--UPDATE--ONEDERLAND!! :)

Well i have neglected this site once again... when will i fully learn to utilize my tools. lol...

So let me give a little update on what's been up since my last blog.  If you remember my last blog I had posted that I had broken through my plateu.. well.. I got down to 203 but a week later I was suprised whem my weight bounced back up to 209.2... I was freakin devistated!  I didn't know what was going on.. I didn't have any restriction, but i tried my best not to slip away into bad eating habits. 

I decided to do what is known as the 5daypouchtest.  Info can be found for this test at www.5daypouchtest.com .  I can honestly say this test helped me in ways i couldn't believe that it would!

The week that I did the 5 day pouch test I lost a total of 8 pounds.  WOW!!! i couldn't believe my eyes!   This put me at 201.9.. I floated there for a week or two and then on May 18th I stepped on the scale to reveal something wonderful!!! 199.9 I was in FREAKIN ONEDERLAND!! YAY!!!

I am Loving my life in onederland! and to get to 199.9 was my second goal.. meaning i had lost 1/3 of my EXCESS body weight.  I am so proud of myself for that!  My next goal is (well i have 2 actually) my main one is to get to 181.5 meaning a loss of 1/2 my excess body weight, but have a deal also with my hsuband that when i lost 50 pounds. i could go buy some new bra's and panties at.. VICTORIA SECRET yay....

Now i'm 4 months out and Today i stepped on the scale to reveal my weight at 196.5 meaning.... i only have about 3 pounds to go till i go on my happy little shopping spree at victoria secret... well.. i wouldn't say shopping spree, they really aren't the cheapest place in the world and money is kinda tight right now. lol... 

I'm excited...  My BMI has gone from 46.2 to 35.8  ... i'm no longer morbily obese which is a HUGE thing for me... just obese... 2nd stage. lol...

OH also I got my 3rd fill on 5/18/09  I only got 1cc, putting me at a total of 4.5 cc's.. however.. i am feeling some WELL needed restriction now.  and i am pleased i hope this restriction will last for a while... maybe i wont need any more fills... we'll see. it's crazy how things work differently for different people.. i was like.. dang i'm gonna have to get another fill!  all upset and everything.. but i seriously think this might be it... YAY.. we'll see in a few weeks! :O)

Well i better get off of here cuz it's memorial day and we are having a bbq at my uncles house today.  However.. i'm gonna make a nice pot of  chili to make sure there is something safe for me to eat today! :O)
