Wow ,I can't believe this journey that I am on.
I am down to 182 lbs since August 31,2006.I have lost 66lbs!!!

I feel so much better ,I look better and I feel that I am a better mother and wife and a better friend to myself( I am working on that)
I have more patients and I don't get as annoyed anymore.
I have a hell of a lot more energy .
Thank you all for sharing your journey with me.I have read so many accomplishments,trials and errors.It helped me more than you know.

My heart is filled with gratitude each and everyday that I got a second chance to make it all better.
