im 14 weeks out .. and for the first time i have lost 0lbs from week 12 to 14 :( for once i was sad the scale didnt move, i kno it is only temporary but it did make me feel like a failure.. hopefully when i weigh in on week 16 the scale will move again ..sorry about this, had to put it out there
