Where I am today..

    I can't believ it has been this long since I wrote here and how long it has been since my surgery!!! I am still as happy with my results today as I was  from the start of this long journey...It does take time and patience not to mention discipline to stay on track with a plan such as this,so I cn only say that I am grateful that I went through this surgery and all of the things I went through just to get where I am today...
