Gongradulatsions girl!! So what are you doing with your self lately since you lost that much weight? I hope your having a wonderfull time!! Man I will be so happy when my weight goes down like yours did!! I weigh 466 and I've been overweight since thrid grade man I tell you what I had a very ruff life!! Dear Cheryl....You are the best. I am due in surgery on June 3rd and already have a hernia that is 10 years old and not repairable until I lose the weight. You make it sound so wonderful. I am 63 and have been overweight most of my life and wonder why I have not done this sooner. It is scary, but with people like you out there giving us motivation it is a lot easier. Would love to hear from you and find out what and how much you eat now and how it affects you. Do you still have the dumping syndrome? How did you handle head hunger???
