ANOTHER YEAR AND STILL DOING THE DEAL!!!

I am so sorry to say that I have not been keeping up with my blog,but I am still very happy to say I am doing well and still at a weight of 135. I was weighing 127 at one time last year and that was just too small so I have maintained a very healthy weight and been walking on a treadmill about 3 days a week and now very happy to say am riding my very own motorcycle.I have dreamed of being able to do that and that has become a reality..

I have had a few issues with my right shoulder and my lower back due to a fall I had a few years ago,but with a very good doctor who has been treating me with burning the nerves,I have had some success and living a pretty normal life..I would like to keep up with this blog more often like I used to because without this life saving surgery I would not be the person I am today..I am so grateful to Dr. O Connell for giving me this brand new life!!
