Today is Monday, November 17.  I had my surgeon consultation on Friday and all went really well.  Going to be sleeved!  I work at a hospital so I have a very nice benefit plan, but to do so, need to attend a six week pre-surgery program.  In the mean time I received a phone call from our bariatrics coordinator that she received both my PCP referral and my surgeons.  Yay!  We are good to go.  I called and made an appt. for a sleep consultation, which may lead to a night in the sleep lab, but that's fine.  I don't think I have sleep apnea, but I hear a lot of people don't realize they do have it. 

Following that I have an appt with a cardiologist.  I meet with a dietician and then begin work on my meals and also I need to meet 10 times with a personal trainer and learn about life with exercise!  I am not thrilled about exercising but I know most of that is due to being the heaviest girl in the class.  Doing it one on one with some tips and at my own level will be great. 

I'm excited!  Surgery hopes for mid/late February if all goes as planned!
