One month out

Today is my one month surgiversary. Hard to believe one month ago today I was at the hospital prepping for surgery. As of today I have lost 22 pounds and 15.5 inches.I'm feeling better in most ways, but finding that my new sleeve is rather finicky. One week I can eat something and the next week my sleeve throws it back. There have been a few challenges but all-in-all everything seems to be going well. I would do it all over again and look forward to what changes each month will bring.
I was taking 2 blood pressure pills only a month ago and am not taking any and my blood pressure is well within normal limits and actually running low at times.
I have been so inspired by some of the blogs and posts here. THAT has been the most encouraging thing. My husband thinks things are "not normal" at times but I can refer to others having similar challenges and feel confident that this too shall pass.
I hope everyone has a lovely day. It's going to be 55 and sunny here, which is a nice change for February.
