"Dr. Patel was very charismatic, knowledgeable and confident. I left the hospital with the same impression. His staff is amazing! I wish that I could have seen him a little more, but he is very busy. He is very emphatic about his after care procedures and makes himself available at all times. I originally wanted the lapband surgery, but he convinced me that the RNY was more suitable for me. Overall I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. His surgical competence is above all in my humble opinion. Everything about him is professional. In my personal experience I have no regrets. My pain seems to be less than most I have read about. Realizing every one is different, I can only speak for myself. I enjoyed my hospital stay overall and highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff!"
