hello everyone.. todays is 2 weeks since i ve had lap band surgery !! and im feeling pretty good...still have some soreness from time to time..when i over do it! but i m having some shocking moments! im proud of myself for sticking to my program...when all others around me have been eating chips,pizza...u name they have been eating it! on all other diet plans i would have said ..i have points or its just one day or just a little wont hurt... y did it take me to have surgery to be able to say no!! no i cant have that im not supposed to have that bread yet!  whats changed? did i finally wake up and say u r worth this? is it that i had surgery and im not letting anthing get off the right frame of mind?

what ever it is im feeling so proud of myself!! and the few wow moments ive already have had! i m going to try so hard not to weigh myself until i go back to my dr in a few weeks !! i dont wanna be crazy about it!! i knw im losing and it feels great!!!!!

i cant believe its almost 2 weeks since i had surgery i feeling pretty good..still a little sore but thats because i have a 17 month old who needs me to pick him up at times and i try to be very careful im just hoping the few weeks go a little quick so i knw im safe from all danger!!
i cant wait to see more results..i like feeling like i made the right choice..in a few months i can buy some new clothes and really celebrate
i hope everyone has a great weekend and for those that celebrate happy fathers day !!

so super excited went to my dr today for my first post up check up and i lost 16.5 pounds thats so amazing!! i def knew i lost something because i can notice my face in thinner...yay on my way!!! 

has anyone or everyone experinced this gas pain from the surgery...if so how long before u feel better
i try walking and using gas x but anyother ideas for relief??

leaving in a few min for the hospaital i have the first appointment im very excited a well as nervus
but before u knw it i ll be home!!! see u all in a few days

wow 3 more days left and i l be in surgery
i went to my dr to weigh in this am and get my protein supplements and my vitamins
im all ready to get this started
now just have to call the hospital at or between 3-4 so lets see when they will have me come  in...do i want the early appointment or do i want the later?? hmmmm i ll thin more about that...for now im saying the first appointment which mean 8am which meand we have to be there at 6 630 am...so my hubby prob wants a little later
so i ll take a 10 am hows that

they said no suit cases
do i bring anything???

k i just called and i have 2 be at hospital at 6 am..i the first...wow!!!!!! all these emotions r coming out now!!!!!!!

wow this time next week i should already be home!!! and start recovering from the surgery and onto bigger and better things, and a smaller for the last time...im so excited!!! i went to my dr today for the final clearance she was so excited for me!!! she said  pls come back in  2 months so she can see me..and how great im doing!! 
woo hoo on our way!! 

wow I have one week to go brfore I have the lap band done... im so excited as well as still nervous as hell
i know i m making the right choice though
and i know i am going to have towork my ass off..literally if i wanna see good results!! and im ok with that, i used to love working out then i just stopped..this time i cant ever stop...my son will wanna play forever...he going to be 17 months on the day i have this done... i wanna be the mommy he deserves ...he is the best !!! i deserve to be at my best for him as well as myself!!!! so all im hoping for is everything goes very smoothly and im not in too much pain!!! for all of those who are having it done on the same day or anytime for that matter I wish u all the same!!! Good luck and lets take our lives back!!! 

happy theres only 10 days left till surgery and today going for my pre surgical test!!  i knw there is nothing to worry about but im am!! i am a bundle of nervs and freaking out!! if i could i thik i would scram for days!! whats that about?? i knw i ned to relax!! and all will be ok
but doing that is completly different! i think im so scared if i made the right choice or not...but i knw i have to do this, at the rate im going if i dont i ll be weighing who knws ....and my poor husband is only trying to help me,,yet i rip his head apart just for taking interest in what im doing!! im so sorry about that!! and anyone else that gets it from me the few weeks...pls just know i love u all so much and im just dealing with so many emotions..i dont know where or what to do!!!
i only write here to get it out...and hope it makes me a better person....well off to the hospital to get this over with

tomorrow i have my pre- surgical testing...they say i need 6 hrs to be at the hospital...2.5 for a class...and then same time for  test
im a little nervous...but i knw there is no reason to be

this is one step closer to my surgery...which in 11 day!!!!starting to get really excited on what my life is going to become...how its going to change!!
