lots o' things

I have a bunch of things to write down, so it's list time:

My cat Rocky died yesterday.  It's been a hard couple of days, but I'm trying not to blame myself.  He was 12 years old and his liver failed.  He lived a good long life and he was loved.

This long weekend was horrible for eating for me.

I realized today that I'm one week away from my 6 month surgiversary.

I have challenged myself to lose the four pounds I need to lose to make it to Onederland by next Tuesday.

I'm going to exercise and eat better this week.

Today is brand new.
