Holiday Trouble!

Today I was a bad bad girl.  For the first time (I have had at lest 6 other holiday parties) I grazed for 3 hours!  I had been so good at all the other parties that I thought I was strong enough to not do this but I did it anyway.  My cousin had made Chocolate Truffles  and I ate 2 of them!!!!!  Plus the nibbling on other items.  I only have 2 more parties to go counting The New Years Blowout at my house and I am looking forward to going back to normal life.  This constant food and travel has me worn out.  OH well at least this is only once a year that it is this bad.  As of yesterday I have not gained back anything so that is something at least.  I hope to see the pounds going away agin next week.
