Good Morning All,First i want to say that all praise is due to god for giving me the strengthen to make it past these couple of months,I'm also to the end of this journey.I haven't really been on OH like that because i really didnt have anything to say,I've been reading everyone's journal and checking the vsg board and i'm so happy with the progress that everyone is making.You guys have talked about the good,bad and the in between.I know that everyone journey post surgery is different but i sorta have an idea of what to expect.....So i've been going to my new PCP since september and december 30th marked my 4th month,I know can you believe that its been four month already,So here are how my numbers have been going. Sept(471) oct(470) nov(467) Dec( 472.2)...YUP THATS RIGHT I GAINED 5.2 POUNDS IN MONTH FOUR.I was so disappointed in myself and my dr was so disappointed in me because he that i was on such a good roll,He asked me what happend and i told that december was a bad month for me emotionally and that i was not working out as much because i was dealing with so much family issues and he looked me in my face and said thats not a valid excuse and he was absolutely right,I agreed 100%,All i could say was i'll do better next month(jan).So i've been watching what im eating and trying to work out but thats hard because we are in the process of moving,Thats right the place that i've called HOME for the last twelve years in being sold,So i've been totally stressed out with everything.However i'm trying to find my inner strengthen because i know i have to do this,I have a choice anymore,I'm 27 years old and weigh 472.2 pounds thats a lot fo weight on 5'8 frame.So i called my surgeon's office last week and i spoke to his M.A and she said that since i was so close to being done with the six months,She gave me a tenative date for MARCH 13th since my INS only takes about 5 days before they approve you.So right now i'm looking forward to contining on my journey and finally being on the other side of the loser bench.
