Good morning OH friends! I am 4 days post op and feeling great. I am still a little sore but for the most part I am really surprised that I feel so good. I weighed myself when I got home Thursday just to see how much extra weight from the fluids I had.
I know why we need to shrink our Liver prior to surgery. What I am looking for is why is it a "liquid" diet, and why am I allowed to have carbs such as oatmeal, grits, and cream of wheat? Is the main focus to cut out sugars and fats? What specific food
