Surgiversary Has came and Gone

"OH" I can't believe my sugiversary has came and gone. December 21, 2009 I was a whopping 255 pds. Today I'm 136 pds, a 119 pds gone forever. I'm so proud of myself and excited about the healthy years I have ahead of me. Thanks for being a support, truly you have blessed my life and for those of you I communicicate with on a constant basis, Thanks for being my ride-a-die "OH" buddy's. See ya! on the other side of 2011

Hey Fam, It's that time again:  I updated my youtube video Month 12 video on my profile page, Check it out! Insert: as usual, you can't fully see the vid on my profile, it cuts off toward the bottom.  If you'd like to see it in large form, you can  go onto YouTube and type in "Fat Ain't My End" and 1 or several of vids will pop up. The Saturday Night B4 my surgery (it hurts to know my reality)

 I'm was so over come by emotion "OH" when I saw these pics. I was in such denial, you couldn't have told me that I was this size, let alone insecure at the time. Truly, I'v been afforded another chance to take care of  the body God gave me, I will never allow myself to go back to were I was again. Thank God for opportunities such as the surgery. God give me the motivation and endurance to stay connected to my new resolve of living healthy. Life is to sweet and good, the grass is truly greener on this side.

Hey Fam, I did my 8th month video for youtube, Its here on my profile page but it maybe hard to see well. However I 've posted the link here but in the pass veiwers tried connecting from here and was not successful. If this fails, just go to youtube and put in the search box "fat ain't my end" and one of my vids should pop up, you may have to scroll down but its their. Once you pull it up, above the video will be tittles that read. subscribe, All, uploads, fav's. Highlight the (ALL) option, this will show all my vids and direct you to my most recent vid posting. Life Is Like A Box Of Chocolates

Hey FAM, did Y'all miss me......cuz I missed you guys. MUAH to all of you that support and keep up with me, Thanks you deserve my applause. Some of you saw the best in me when others probably saw the worse, "that's a song". Anyhow, you did and I'm grateful. Well, it's the end of the month and I'm on time with my Blog and You-tube postings. I must admit not much has changed with my eating and overall health wise. I'm still doing quite well and have managed to come out on TOP through it all. I still raggedy on taking my vitamins but I'm getting better. I really have stepped up in working out, I started my curves last month and doing 2 mile job/walks. I must say "I LOVE IT" working out is not such a JOB, the weight back then made it a task. Today it's pure motivation. I can eat most things but if its high in fat or too sweet, I feel weak and nauseated. I dont to much exp dumping but I get some of the effects that are mentioned, I just try and stay away from eating things that bring that on. However I do eat sweets but in moderation. As for my weight I've loss 9pds this month, I went form 175lbs to 166 lbs. Awesome "right" I had slowed down last April/may (6 to7pds) put Due to the workout (i believe) I drop more. In ALL I have lost 90 pds, can you believe, just crazzzzzy isn't it. Well, Fam that's what's up!
