Please say a prayer for Gar. She is having exploratory surgery today to try to find out why she is unable to keep anything down. Her surgery was nine weeks ago and she has been ill ever since. Lets pray she gets fixed and returns here soon.

Dear Gar.......I'm so very sorry about your being sick and having this awful blockage. I know you must be miserable having to be in a hospital for so long. Just a few days are enough to drive me over the edge. I'm really feeling for you, hon! God bless you and may all your physical problems be over with very soon. I wish you a speedy recovery. Big Hugs to you!

Gar, I had problems right away after my surgery on May 28th. Lots of vomiting, weakness, abdominal pain. Onvce I finally managed to convince someone that something was seriously wrong, I was readmitted back into the hospital and had a revision done on June 28th. We aren't supposed to vomit up everything we take in! After my revision, I leanred that fluids really do go all the way through, and you can tell when solids move into and out of your pouch. Having the second surgery was really hard, and I went through some depression, but some of my AMOS family helped pull me through. Gar, please let us help pull you through as well. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask dear. Get well soon!

Gar -- When the paster said you had intestinal fortitude she really meant it didn't she? So sorry you are experiencing the complications you are. This will pass and will be a distant memory this time next year. You are in my prayers and thoughts as you heal. Take care---Ginny in Circleville Ohio
