  Has been a crazy week, last week on July 2nd, I fractured my right foot, that was not fun, I woke
          up on a Saturday morning not able to step down on it, and it rated out as a 10 and over in Pain.
           So I got a Ace Bandage and wrapped it up to keep it stable, it helped with some of the pain too.
            WOW, now I'm off my feet for 4 to 6 wks...................when it rains it pours...........well in the last month
             I've lost another 7 pounds, so it brings me to 370 now, better than nothing.
            Have 32 pounds left to lose out of 50,,,,,,,,not too bad.   Been in alot of pain with my foot...........its rough
             to hurt alot, have a bad left knee and a fracture on my right foot.........WOW.
               I will live through this.......hope everyone is well...........will write more later
