I am finally HOME for an entire week. Which means I get to have a "normal" exercise schedule. Well, normal aside from the fact that my hip is still busted so I can't run and I start physical therapy on Tuesday, but I'll take what I can get.

Dinner ended up not happening yesterday since we had such a late lunch! I'll make this prime rib some day.. hopefully tomorrow since tonight is a yoga seminar so I can't devote that much time to making dinner.

Just for the record - MRIs are infinitely better at 180 than they were at 319! I almost fell asleep, despite the banging, because I was so comfortable inside the machine.

I am totally pooped today. On top of my regular Sunday exercise (walk/running, yoga stretching, and a yoga class) I went to a trampoline place (Skyzone) with a friend and her daughter.

So I'm in Norway for my BIL's wedding and needed to shave my legs this morning. Norway is a land of teeny shower stalls but I'm small and flexible enough now that I was able to shave bending over in the enclosed stall with zero problems.
It's
