week 3 post op- small loss

I had a tiny loss of 0.4 lb overall for the week. I won't freak till next week but I wanted to fill this out that jenstock1970 posted on the discussion board for me.stallbreaker checklist:
- Are you tracking your food intake in a food journal? Is it on track? YES, I think I'm mainly watching protein and calores are between 450 and 650
- Are you tracking every single calorie that passed your lips? (flavored water, vitamins, gum, single pieces of candy) Even if you aren't keeping track of calories, your body is! - Yes
- Are you eating too MANY calories? ??? I'm I?
- Are you eating too FEW calories? ?? not sure
- Are you taking in enough protein? 80-100g/day -- NO 45-58gm/day so far trying to get to 60 but must have at least 50
- Are the fats you're eating healthy (polyunsaturated and monounsaturated) - no
- Are you eating too many simple carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes, sugar, pasta, rice) -NONE
- Are you eating enough fruits and veggies? - Small amounts- very limited like an once if that a day
- Are you drinking enough water (water flushes fat toxins from our body)? - NO, I'm trying
- Are you grazing? - NO
- Are you eating the right quantity? Measuring and weighting foods? YES
- Are you eating on a schedule? - Not really but kind of
- Are you exercising hard enough? Long enough? Fast enough? - 4 weeks post op and mostly walking
- When's the last time you changed your exercise routine? (The body becomes efficient and doesn't burn as many calories after we've done the same thing for 4-6 weeks) - going hiking now started last week
- Have you added weight training to your workouts? (muscle burns more calories at rest) - not yet, can't
- Are you taking all your vitamins and supplements? yes
- Have you started taking any new medications that might promote weight gain? NO
- Have you taken your measurements (you might be losing inches even if the scale isn't moving)? Yes they have changed
