Doing Atkins

Today is my first day on atkins. I'm eating oatmeal for breakfast with honey, broth for lunch with a hard boiled egg and celery, and cottage cheese with pineapple for dinner. I'm adding a few shakes in there for my protein cuz this only brings me to about 20 g of protein without the shakes.
