Still No loss

I woke up again today at 212 again. Still no new loss but I'm not giving up. I'm doing one shake a day and two meals. Yesterday I had low carb pizza for dinner. It's made with low carb tortilla's, white pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice, I used peppers. It was really good. Almost tasted like thin crust pizza. They come up to about 257 calories and 15 carbs 15 proteins. My total carbs for the day were 45. I haven't gone about 45 carbs in a day since I started back on this and have lost ten pounds. Yesterday my calories were extra low, I'm wondering if I need to up my calories a bit because they have been about 800 calories but yesterday I was at around 600 calories. I'm going to try getting up to around 1000 calories a day. I know I won't lose as fast at that many calories but I feel that if I stay super low that it will mess up my metabolism. I'm not sure and if that's not accurate please say something.  I'm part of a vsg group on facebook and the one girl on there is taking in between 1200-1500 calories a day and losing. Maybe I'm messing myself up by taking in so little calories but I'm just not hungry. I was doing two shakes a day and a meal but I'm just forgetting the second shake each day. I'm only hungry between 2-4 pm. so that's when I eat my meal. I make myself do a shake in the morning and I was making myself do a shake before bed.
