Four Days

and definatley counting..... I'm so excited I can't wait. My friend who is going with me I had her laughing so hard when I told her that when I wake up if everything feels as good as could be expected I will shout "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" just like Frosty the Snowman. Wait till they get a load of us in there.... we'll probly get in trouble or something. Go figure.
Since the dieting began I've lost 10lbs so thats good. They didn't really mention if there was an expected weight to loose... or is there???? I just know they want you to loose more to get as much off your organs as possible. Tra-La and the clock keeps ticking........
