Well lets see.... I'm down 45 lbs but feel like it should be more. I am still getting tired easy..... my labs came back and my iron is low... imagine that. Good news is the hair loss thing may skip me I have a lil extra but not globs or anything extreme. I am weight lifting 3X'x a week and am doing water excersise twice a week. My clothes are getting baggy and I am going through all the clothes I had in reserves but still do look in the mirror and see the fat me. Does that ever go away??? I know mentally it is going to take awhile but I want to see the skinny molly. I know she's there just waiting to make her apperance. Life is good though overall!! hope all is well with you and yours!
