nice weekend

I had a really nice weekend.
First my dh came home early then saturdaywe had family stop by then clean up yard and opened the pool, went to the inlaws (whom are sweethearts) sunday but stopped by my parents first to drop off grocerys they were out of food
Monday had a cookout played cornhole and ladder golf ..listened to dr.hook on the stereo..my family (cuzs)and friends my friend londa was here she looked awesome.She is swanreader onmy friends list.
she is amazing and has lost over 200 pounds.
I hope i cand do as well as she has.
well my hubby went to walmart and geuss whathe brought me home?
a little bitty kitten who had been abandoned by his mama he is so cute and tiny we call him wally because he camefrom walmart.lol
my tailbone is getting better its still sore but getting there, ive stay away from the scales this week due to the monthly vistor.
but ive dropped another size in clothes.
well better go hubby and my dad are fixing a water leak andi need to supervise..lol not

I got the batteries and got on the scales and have lost 102 pounds since surgery.
I was excited and screaming my son thought i was nuts.when he seen the scales he was happy to.
I love hearing mom i am so proud of you..
My body is shifting its all going to my belly i feel the bones in my wrist and shoulders and i felt them in my bottom when i fell out of my chair..that is still sore...
Now if i could just keep my balance ive got so much to do outside...
We are having a get together this weekend and instead of fixing all the sides ill buy them..less clean up for me.lol
well im gonna go and get in my closet my cousins coming this weekend and she needs clothes...

My 3 month anniversary

Yesterday the 18th was my 3 month anniversary.
i couldnt weigh the batteries are dead in the scales..When i weighed on the 14th i was down 95 pounds since surgery...
I still have hard time walking straight i am not very graceful..
Well my hubby will be home sat he has been gone for 18 days now.
He cannot be deployed overseas due to his back injury so he will be stateside 30 minutes from home...
My parents are in there new place and im so happy for that now maybe they can relax..
I do worry bout them both my mom is slipping fast(i dont ever wonna lose my mind).its so sad to watch she is going to take no more chemo she says she is tired...my dad goes along with whatever she says or does..
I only pray my dh loves me half as much as my mom loves my dad.
MY oldest son turns 25 on june 2nd and the same day my middle son grads from 8th grade..
my oldest has my low self esteem he thinks no good girl will want him...He is a good lookin man who is very laid back and shy..he isnt very social
nowthat he doesnt get from me.lol
Well i did it i slipped out of my chair and hit the floor with my butt and head..
my tailbone is so sore i can hardly set,,geuss some of the padding is gone..ouch..lol

Sorry i havent posted lately but after 24yrs in the same place my parents are moving(not by choice).
I dont know if i told you but my mom had cancer for 4 yrs and her cancer was in remission well she is having mental issues and i feel her cancer has went to brain but she wont let them check it out so she acts like a little girl and has caused all kinds of trouble...
She says she is fine but she carries conversations on with people who arent there.
I told my dh i dont ever wonna lose my mind it is so sad to watch her,it tears my hurt out.
My hubby starts his training to be deployed this weekend so we went to pac and she told me off big time and sent me home.lol
so today im gonna put on my big girl undies and go be the mom .....
I new i would have to tae care of my parents but they are 66 and 65 so i thought i had a few yrs yet..i have 1 bro who has his own issues.
on the good side i turned 45 yesterday and im feeling great still walk slow but im walkin and i am so excited how everyday gets better.its the best decision i ever made the surgery has given me my life back.
I thank Dr.Sonnastine for everything he is the greatest he has given me back my life.
also i give thanks to God for given me this 2nd chance to be all i can be..
well better go and pay the electric billbefore im sittin in the dark..lol

Im sorry i havent posted for awhile.
I had my surgery on 2/18/08
I had a wonderful surgeon who took excellent care of me.On the 18 i had a complication but not from the surgery my blood pressure was so low and kept dropping i was told it was the pain medication so it was taken away and i was given blood transfusions but everything got better and i came home in 6 days.
was doing what i was told but on wed i had a spell i could not breathe i was scared to death ..i was taken by ambulance to the hosp and was admitted to icu where they say i had an embolism and a silent heart attack so i was in the hosp for another 12 days.
I forgot to mention the dr had a cava filter put in before the surgery so they say it saved my life...
Im now on cumadin and have my blood checked weekly..
Ive lost according to our scales since 2/18 74.5 pds.
No more insulin and i fill better im so happy i had the surgery
everday is anew beginning and im so thankful .
dr.sonnastine im so grateful to you for everything.
to all my friends on obesityhelp i thank you for all your support and love.

Its normal to be scared and nervous.
Im tryin to keep busy .
But i just keep thinking about it .
If i was in bed sleeping it would be ok but i cant sleep.
My mind races constantly did you do this did you do that.
I went in walmart spent a small fortune and still forgot my stuff for after surgery so my dh is going to get it for me...
Had supper last nite at my fil party it was great
i didnt even look at the cake.
i had salmon and wild rice awesome and drank water.
i still was good
i did sneak 1 sip of my sons soda.
just 1 though
now what to do the rest of the day...............

Hello all
Today was admissions and to see Dr.Tom.
Everything went well except when they were taking blood out of my left arm the blood was flowin good and it just stopped.
I told her man you drained me dry..lol
So she goes for the other arm..man o man.
I told my dh get a wheelchair i think im gonna have to crawl out of here..nah they were kind to me.
Then went to Dr.Toms office and he was busy.
But got on the scales had not gained had lost a little more.2 ounces but thats with my monthly gain.
He is so sweet i am so nervous and he has a huge calming effect.
He has the best bed side manner.
I came home alot more relaxed.
We bought new appliances a few days ago and my dh thinks they are toys.
so he did dishes and fixed supper..wehhewwww
Im gonna go and rest for a bit got lots to do.

Hello all
yesterday i went to st.luke hosp and got my cava filter put in.
It wasnt bad just it can get alittle embarrassing mooning all them guys with my big white butt.lol
They were all great my nurse was heavy to so
she understood.
It sucked trying to look to the right ouch..
My hubby and sons bought me a new night gown for v day.
My cuz and his family came up.
I get more and more nervous and you all help so much..love ya guys
