Just a quick up date. Well I gained 7 pounds gotta love winter months. Got up to 118. But luckly lost it again. Back down to 111. Got the stomach bug the second week of March. Really couldn't eat much mornings. Had nausea and started eating Activia yogurt but it didn't help. Started my acid relax meds 2x's a day and it has helped. Still really not hungry mornings so I just drink a scoop of protein powder in my coffee. Have a appt with Gastrologist in May to go over my problems. I got my hair cut the first week of March and it's growing like a weed. I'd say 1/2-1-inch already. The only things I'm doing different now is getting a better lunch since I work for the school district. I have my meat or whatever protein available and manadrain oranges. My favorite fruit. I'm washing my hair with Dove shampoo with conditioner every other day and Aussie every other day. Plus using Dove conditioner daily. I do skip washing my hair on Saturdays cause I was reading that you wash out all of the natural oils when washing your hair and you should actually wash your hair only once a week. Plus I'm not longer using a flat iron or blow dryer on my hair as I wash and go. I've been using this protein mascara and even my eyelashes look like they growing in better. I think it's getting more protein in the morning and better lunches that's helping my hair and weight. I have been doing tossed salads with chicken breasts at night for my dinner. As I don't wanna gain anymore weight since my hubby and I are renewing our vows this August I wanna fit in my wedding dress. My husband and I have been going to the GYm more 2-3 times a week. Just 30 minutes. Walking on the treadmill and biking.
