I'm just about half way to my goal. It has not been easy. Did anyone say it would? I am staying away from all flour products sugar and colas. Still watching my portions and try to eat slower. I have been feeling pretty good. At one time I thought I would never feel good for a complete week. I'm about 4 months out. Thanksgiving is close, I'm getting myself ready for the temptation. Does it ever stop? As long as I am around chips, dips, crackers and sweets, I feel like I could eat all that is there. I am wearing probably a size 18/20 depending on if it is from Dillards or Walmart. I think I would like to be a size 12-14. I read that was average-oh, to be average and not be the largest in a group, or with my family. Well, I don't think I will ever be smaller than my 3 sisters, I just can't imagine that.I seem to have more time. Before surgery, I must have spent alot of time on food. Going to get food, or fixing something to eat. I still have jobs to finish, I'm such a procrastinator. Maybe my energy level will increase.
