I am looking to have the belt procedure with a thigh lift and would like a surgeon in the OH, KY, WV area. Does anyone have any recommendations. I have a couple of doctors in mind that I have researched but would like input.

NSV!!!!! - I know this is a silly thing to be excited about but.....I am able to sit and cross my legs!!!!! I haven't been able to do that in over 10 years. It feels GREAT!

craving carbs!!! - I am craving rice!!!! When were you all able to eat rice again? I have had whole wheat pasta and my pouch did ok with it but I am afraid to try rice. Help please.
