Food addiction

I have become very aware that I am a major food addict.  I have a tendency to want to graze when I have a bad day. It is beating me a lot of the time so I have changed my strategy.  Instead of eating 3 meals and two snacks I have broken my meals down smaller and eat them more times a day. example: I eat a protein instead of eating the veggie at the same time I may wait an hour or so and eat it. then have my regular protein snack at what would be my regular time. then do the same with my next meal.  this may be strange and unorthadox but I have been stalled for awhile and I am finally back to losing. It is what works for me and keeps me from over eating. There is no one way for everyone, otherwise everyone would be skinny we all have to find the best way for ourselves with the tools we have been given. Best to all who are taking this journey.
