Gotta start somewhere right..

Well I resisted posting a blog until now.  I never know where to start but since I've gotten my approval from the ins. company there's no time like the present...

Day before yesterday, after I received the wonderful news I was so excited.  Well today it seems like reality is setting in and I'm feeling a little self doubt.  I've found myself wondering.. what if I can't do this?  lose weight I mean.  I told a few of my co-workers about getting the approval and ive had several people tell me i'm making a big mistake
