Hi All. It's been awhile since i've been on here. I'm just going to give a bit of a background for those who don't know my story.

March 23/2011 - RNY at TEGH - Diabetic, extreme high blood pressure, sleep apnea, depression, high cholesterol

Well friends. I did it! On Sunday, after 9 months of training, I completed my first full Ironman! That is a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km ride and a full marathon 42.2 km run. I still can't believe it.
