Almost 3 years out
Jun 28, 2010
I just went in for diagonostic surgery last Friday, the gynocologist suspected I may have endometriosis. Turns out, some of my lapband tubing is in places it is not supposed to be. No endometriosis, but tubing problems. Now I may have to have another surgery to correct this problem. I hope they can fix it.I still haven't lost 100 pounds, but i feel great. I am down to 175. which is about 80 pounds lighter than when I started this journey almost 3 years ago. If I don't lose another pound I am greatful to have lost this much.
I went to weight watchers to get myself back on track, and then I joined the local gym, and have had some good results. I just have to stick with the combination of eating less, and exercising more. The band has been so helpful in the eating less, but like anything else, I have been able to "eat around" the band..in other words, eat things I'm not supposed to eat, in amounts I am not supposed to have.
Trying to get back on track and stay there so that the weight does not pile back on
