Hi iam kimberly still working on the process of having my wls... Iam now on the required six month diet plan . I have chosen to do my plan with centennial hospital in nashville and iam so glad i did. At the 5th month this jan 2008 iam getting closer to my goal. In the process i have been so shocked that i have lost 15 lbs since starting the diet. That is a really large amount for me ..I have never lost weight without the aid of pills or something.. So iam happy about that ..
It is truly amazing to see all the before and after photo on this site .
congrats to all that have shed the pounds !!!!!!
