weight gain

okay I am about to go crazy... i am up 4 lbs now.  I am hoping its just the extra fluid that i have been trying to get.  I am  really awful at getting the reccommend 64 oz.   I have been having some serious problems with dizzy and  weakness.  I am praying  this will change...
