Hi Helen...I read your profile and I see you are moving along just fine. Keep up the continued hard work as it gets harder and more work the further you get out. Take advantage of your 6 month window and lose as much as you can. And do take lots of pics each month..full, front & back. Then after you are a year out, dig up some old fat pics and compare. Hello LA DodgerGirl, I noticed you are from Montebello. So am I!! I just want to wish you well in your WLS journey. You are honeymooning right now. Your weightloss may slow down. But don't be ever give up! Take lots of pictures of your self when times get tough and the scales seems to almost stop, You can look at them and not get discouraged. Wishing you all the Best!!
