happy new year

hey guys. Happy and Healthy New year to all. New Years Eve was a tough nite. Wife and I went out to dinner with a bunch of friends before seeing the Elton John concert in Brooklyn, NY. Couldn't really eat much--one scallop and about a teaspoon of chicken pot pie, but definitely was able to drink enough. lol. It was a really great concert, and a really late night. Finally got to sleep at 4:45am, and i am still paying for the indulgence all of these days after. LOL. very well worth it! weighed myself this morning and i am now down 59+ lbs.

By the way, there was a new study that just appeared in the Journal of American Medicine yesterday concerning the very positive association between Bariatric surgery and long term survival.
